Gary Gauba
President
Gary is a successful entrepreneur with extensive senior management
experience with a remarkable ability to combine visionary leadership,
business acumen, and strong execution in building and managing successful
consulting organizations. Gary has a proven ability to develop and
deploy a long term strategic vision, establish and nurture strong
relationships with clients, business partners, and building strong
talented teams. His strengths in channel management and understanding
of the underlying technology and innovation trends have made ACS
Systech a leading integrator in the SAP enterprise market.
Gary was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Systech Integrators, recently
acquired by ACS. Prior to this, Gary was a partner at Bearing Point
(formerly KPMG consulting). He was an Executive Vice President responsible
for a joint venture between KPMG and Qwest - a managed solution
provider for ERP, CRM, BI and SCM. He was also Senior Vice President
responsible for the Global CRM practice.
Gary was a Founder, Chairman and CEO of Softline Inc. Under
his leadership Softline grew exponentially and was subsequently
acquired by KPMG in 1999. Softline was ranked as the second fastest
growing company by Entrepreneur Magazine in 1997 and was a "Go To"
company for SAP consulting services between 1995 and 1999.
Gary is listed in the Nationwide Register's Who's Who in Executives
and Businesses 1999-2000 edition.
Dean Germeyer
Senior Vice President of Sales
Dean Germeyer brings to ACS Systech over 18 years of experience
in Sales Leadership roles, Software and Consulting Sales.
Dean joins ACS Systech from SAP America where he has been a Key
Senior Consulting Executive for the last 3 years. Most recently
Dean was the National VP for Major Global Accounts responsible for
consulting sales of SAP's largest customers. Previously, he was
the VP Consulting for the Western Region, the fastest growing region
in the US, under his leadership. Before SAP Dean was with Parametric
Technology Corporation for 8 years, in Sales Management roles in
North America, Canada, Asia and Europe.
Dean holds a graduate degree in B.S. in Mathematics (Computer Science)
and Psychology from Carnegie-Mellon University Dean will focus on
driving the growth of a world class sales organization while maintaining
ACS Systech's commitment to SAP Alignment and Total Customer Success.
Ravi Melgiri
Senior Vice President - Consulting
Ravi has over 16 years of in-depth experience in selling and managing
Information Technology services in a variety of industries. He has
held several key IT positions in corporate and Big 5 environments.
Prior to ACS Systech, he was Vice President of Field Operations
for SAP America, Inc., where he was responsible for building and
managing a successful professional services group.
A successful entrepreneur, Ravi holds an MBA from the University
of Houston and is a CPA and CCP.
Rajeev Tyagi
Senior Vice President - Consulting
Operations
Rajeev has a diverse background within the IT Consulting. With
his significant business, operations, and management background,
he has built a strong infrastructure and delivery team to support
ACS Systech's growth and vision. Before joining ACS Systech, he
was responsible for leading Professional Services Sales at Qwest
Cyber Solutions. In his role, the company enjoyed aggressive growth
while maintaining high profitability.
